Where We Ship

Avenea currently ships exclusively within Canada, coast to coast, including rural and remote addresses. We don't yet ship internationally or to the U.S. — sign up to our list to be the first to know if that changes.

Because we're a Canadian business shipping to Canadian addresses only, there's no cross-border customs processing, duties, or brokerage fees to worry about — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with nothing added on delivery.

All orders ship via UPS. Estimated delivery times below begin once your order has shipped (see Processing Time).

Standard Shipping

A note on Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut: delivery to the territories varies significantly by community, especially fly-in locations without road access, where the carrier hands off to regional air or postal partners for final delivery. The ranges above are a wide planning window, not a guarantee — once your order ships, your tracking number will give you the most accurate picture, and our team is happy to check in on a specific community's typical timeline before you order.

Expedited Shipping

Free Shipping

Orders over CAD $99 qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in Canada. Orders below that threshold are charged the applicable provincial rate above. You can upgrade to Expedited Shipping at checkout for an additional fee.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays are processed the next business day. During peak periods (e.g., major sales events, holidays), processing may take slightly longer — we'll flag this at checkout if it applies.

Delivery to PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

We can ship to PO boxes and parcel lockers where UPS service permits; delivery times to these addresses may run slightly longer than the estimates above.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. The email sender and shipping notification are written in plain, non-descriptive language — no product names or explicit terms.

Discreet Packaging & Billing — Our Commitment

• Packaging: Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box or mailer with no logos, product images, or descriptive text on the outside.

• Return address: The sender name on the label is a neutral business name, not "Avenea Wellness," "sex toys," or any identifying term.

• Billing: Your card or bank statement will show as "[confirm statement descriptor]" — a discreet, non-descriptive charge name that never references product details or the intimate wellness category.

• Internal handling: Customer support staff are trained to reference orders by number, not contents, in all written and phone communication.

Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates are just that — estimates. Delays can happen due to weather, carrier network disruptions, peak seasonal volume, remote delivery locations, or other circumstances outside our control. Once a package has left our warehouse and is in the carrier's possession, Avenea Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, though we're always happy to help you track down a delayed shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, arrives visibly damaged, or shows as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and make it right — via replacement or refund — once the claim is confirmed.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment; a second shipping fee may apply.
