Avenea Wellness products are intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your province, whichever is higher) to browse, purchase, or use products from this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request age verification and to cancel any order where we reasonably suspect the buyer is underage.

2. Products & Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, images, dimensions, and pricing are accurate. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to update or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Products sold by Avenea Wellness are intimate wellness and personal-care devices, not medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have concerns about product suitability, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Always follow the care and usage instructions included with your product.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, promotions, and discount codes may change without notice and don't apply retroactively to prior orders. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your full payment card details.

For your privacy, your card statement will show a discreet, non-descriptive billing name rather than product or category terms.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation by Us

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, pricing errors, or a violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

You may cancel your own order any time before it has shipped by contacting customer support. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and is instead subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Disclosure Required for Internet Sales (Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002)

In compliance with Ontario's *Consumer Protection Act, 2002* and equivalent provincial consumer protection legislation, before you complete your purchase we disclose:

7. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping timeframes stated on the Site are estimates, not guarantees. Avenea Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control. Full shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used intimate products generally cannot be returned or exchanged, consistent with standard practice across the Canadian sexual wellness retail industry. Electronic products may be covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty against defects — see the Return & Refund Policy for details. Any warranty offered is in addition to, and does not replace or limit, your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Canadian and provincial law.

9. Account Terms (if applicable)

If you create an account, you're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

12. Customer Reviews & Submissions

If you submit a product review or other content to the Site, you grant Avenea a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with our business. Don't submit content that is false, defamatory, or infringes on someone else's rights. We reserve the right to remove any submission at our discretion.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avenea Wellness will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of profit, data, or enjoyment — arising from your use of the Site or our products, including damages resulting from product misuse or failure to follow included usage instructions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian consumer protection law.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your province of residence provides otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Avenea Wellness regarding use of the Site
