Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

30-Day Return Window

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days after delivery.

Items must:

  • Be unused.

  • Remain in original packaging.

  • Include all accessories and components.

Hygiene and Safety

For health and safety reasons, opened or used intimate wellness products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product.

  • An incorrect item.

  • A defective product.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number.

  • Photographs showing the issue.

We will review the claim and may provide:

  • Replacement product.

  • Store credit.

  • Full refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Most refunds are completed within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened intimate products.

  • Used products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance items.

  • Products damaged through misuse.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
